... not always looking pensive in a suit. I’ve been messing around with design and code for more than half my life, having designed and built my first website at the age of 14 with a cracked trial version of Macromedia Dreamweaver. My first love was Flash and the boundless (plugin-dependent) possibilities it promised. I’d spend days creating things for my own amusement and to simply learn new things. Who’d have thought all those hours teaching myself Actionscript and interaction design would still aid me 15 years later while coding this very website?

I’ve spent the majority of my professional career as an agency designer, working with clients big and small in both England and Germany. Since 2017 I have been working exclusively as a freelancer, helping agencies, businesses, and individuals with design & development projects through creative direction, production, and consulting.
This portfolio consists of non-agency projects (#NDA). However, most of my freelancing consists of agency work. From identity & print design, web design & development and mobile application design & prototyping, my approach is always experience-focused, goal-orientated, and tailored to every client and project. I am also happy working in a single capacity within a team where I can bring many years of experience from working on different areas and specialisations in a wide range of projects:
UX Design, Wireframing, UI Design, Prototyping, Motion Design, Design Systems, Graphic Design, Branding & Identity Design, Art Direction, Frontend Development, Kirby CMS.
